Abortion
The Supreme Court of the United States overturning Roe v. Wade has had a devastating impact on the lives of millions of people – falling most quickly and heavily on marginalized people: people of color, those trying to make ends meet, young people, and undocumented immigrants. Here in Washington, the right to an abortion is protected by state law. We are fighting to protect liberty, autonomy, and the right to personal decisions. And we are working together with allies and activists across the state to assure that everyone who chooses to get abortion care can access it.
