The ACLU is co-sponsoring “Grass Roots: The Rise and Fall and Rise of Marijuana in America” with Town Hall Seattle. Join historian Emily Dufton as she tells the remarkable story of marijuana legalization’s up-and-down-and-up-again history, including the thousands of grassroots activists who worked to change marijuana laws as both a medical necessity and a matter of racial justice.  Tickets are $5 and may be purchased on the Town Hall website.
