The ACLU of Washington has joined with the law firm of Perkins Coie and the Korematsu Center of the Seattle University School of Law to file an emergency lawsuit on behalf of Black Lives Matter Seattle-King County and individual plaintiffs to stop the use of chemical agents and projectiles for crowd control by the City of Seattle and the Seattle Police Department (SPD).
