Know Your Rights Training on Immigration for Employers and Allies

Looking for ways to support immigrant families in your community? Please join this training with Jay Stansell, former Assistant Federal Public Defender and visiting professor at Evergreen State College. Topics will include:

• What community members’ and employers’ constitutional rights are and how to use those rights
• What employers are legally required to do with regard to their employees
• What happens in an I-9 audit
• How employers can help their work force understand their and their families’ rights
• How workplaces, churches, businesses, apartment complexes, and community centers can be designated to limit ICE access.
